You could find no one better when it comes to helping you sell or buy a home. I cannot say enough good things about what this woman has done for me. When I bought my house we had a few glitches in the deal (none of it her fault) and without Sharon's vigilance, the final closing might have been terrible. After the closing, Sharon continued to be extremely helpful in finding me pool people, plumbers, carpeting, window replacement people, etc.

What can I say about Sharon Carman? She was a tremendous help in the sale of our first home in 1998. She walked my husband and I through the whole entire process every step of the way. She gave us guidance and assistance in putting the house on the market, obtaining a mortgage broker, closing on the sale of our home and purchase of a new home. She was just great! She kept me very updated through the whole entire process. I think it took about a month and a half to close on the sale of our house. During that time frame, I think we probably spoke on the phone at least twice a day. She very patiently, graciously and knowledgeably answered all my questions. I was amazed at how much time she would spend w/me on the phone answering all my questions. I often wondered if she ever slept because I thought if she spends as much time with all her other clients as she does with me, she must get very little sleep, if any at all. Sharon was very attentive to our needs in selling our home and the purchase of our new home.
Now in 2001, when it came time to sell the home that she helped us purchase in 1998, I told my husband that I needed to locate Sharon because she did such a great job for us before and I trusted her fully to steer us in the right direction. I was able to locate her on the internet and she again assisted my husband and I in the sale and purchase of our current home. Again, she assisted us in every step of the process from start to finish. She left nothing undone. Believe it or not this time she even provided my husband and I with moving boxes. Now tell me what real estate agent will do that!

Sharon is a great agent! I purchased a house from her in 2002. I found her through her website. It was very informative and up-to-date! When I met Sharon, I told her I was very forward, I knew what I wanted, and that I was very picky and that I wasn't quite sure of the whole process of purchasing a house.
