• I'm a Realtor: I belong to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and abide by a strict code of ethics at all times. 
• I'm an E-Pro: I'm among an elite group of Brokers & Realtors who have been trained and certified to conduct business effectively via the internet.
• I'm an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR): I've been trained and certified, through NAR, to represent Buyers during the transaction process.
• I'm an Accredited Home Stager (AHS): I've trained and been certified, through NAR, current home staging techniques that will showcase your home in the best light possible when trying to sell it.
• I'm a New Home Specialist (NHS): I've trained and been certified, through NAR, to represent buyers in the purchase of new construction. When you're considering new construction, you NEED representation. The onsite sales agent is representing the builder, not you!
• I'm a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS): I've been trained and certifed on the many special programs that are available for today's buyers. I'm a member of a network of financial specialist that can help you get appropriate financing on your purchase, with the best rates, best incentives, and most savings to you.
• I'm Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certified (SFR): I've been trained and certified and know how to work with clients who are facing either a shortsale or a foreclosure. 
   
  Who's is representing YOU?

As a member of the National Association of Realtors, our Realtors subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics. This Code of Ethics governs the way we do business. At The Real Estate Connection we take this very seriously and strive to always abide by these articles. The Code contains 17 articles and is broken into three sections:

1-9 discusses our Duties to Customers and Clients.

10-14 discusses our Duties to the Public.

15-17 discusses our Duties to our Real Estate Professionals.
